Natasha Galitskaya

For the past seven years, I have worked alongside Michael, helping design and deliver leadership team alignment engagements, leadership development programs, and large facilitated off-sites for our clients. While I enjoy the client-facing side of the business, I also spend much of my time behind the scenes managing many of the day-to-day responsibilities of running our business, including contracts, finances, project coordination, and operations.

Prior to consulting, I owned and operated a specialty cheese and wine shop, an experience that taught me a great deal about building relationships, creating exceptional customer experiences, and the realities of running a small business.

Originally from Russia, I spent many years in Maine before moving to North Carolina, where I live with my 16-year-old daughter, Sophia, and our 10-year-old pet conure.
