Patrick Jones

I bring more than thirty years of executive and entrepreneurial experience in management consulting, banking, and information technology. Throughout my career, I have worked with organizations ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 10 enterprises, helping leaders pursue clear, measurable goals and drive transformational change.

Today, much of my consulting work focuses on partnering with private equity investors and their portfolio company leaders to design and facilitate strategic interventions that accelerate organizational performance, strengthen leadership teams, and support transformational growth.

In addition to my consulting work, I have held executive leadership roles including President of North American Operations at Enables IT, President of Know Technology, Senior Vice President at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., Vice President at Mellon Bank, Assistant Vice President at CoreStates Financial, and Assistant Vice President at John Nuveen & Company.

I currently serve on the board of Hurricane Island Center for Science and Leadership and have previously served on the boards of the Ragged Mountain Recreational Area Foundation (Camden Snow Bowl), the Center for Maine Contemporary Art, and the Penobscot Bay Maritime Museum. I have also been a Top Gun Mentor for the Maine Center for Entrepreneurial Development.

I studied European History and Economics at the American College in Paris and earned a bachelor’s degree in History, Economics, and Political Science from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

My wife and I live in mid-coast Maine and have three grown daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, alpine touring, sailing, reading adventure stories, and spending time with family.
